In fact, if you tried to fix one of their testers yourself - you broke the body and couldn't even trade it in. - That's a good way to control the quality of Impact bodies but it meant that you -

• Performed extra shipping
• kept track of impact bodies that you sent to the supplier for trade in
• Had to deal with downtime of the instrument until your bodies came back
• Were sometimes stuck with a broken body because you tried to fix it yourself - the manufacturer would not take a tradein on Impact Bodies they designed to break (previous bodies were threaded)
